I am typing in the correct password, but I cannot sign in to the site. What could be wrong?

If you are sure that you are entering the right password please also be aware that passwords are case sensitive (e-mail addresses are not).

My husband would also like to register but we use the same email address. What should we do?

In order to use CFITrainer.Net as a distinct user, you must have a unique e-mail address. There are several websites you can go to and obtain a free email address.

I don't remember my password, but have changed emails since I created my profile, what do I do?

Please click on "Lost Password" in the left hand column, and enter the email address that you registered with. When you registered, you were asked to select a secret question and answer. This secret question and answer can be used to reset your password if you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register. If you can answer it correctly, you will be able to reset your password. If not, please contact support. To do this, click "Lost Password" in the left hand column. On the page that you are brought to, please enter the email address that you registered with and click Submit. You will then be asked the secret question. Once you are able to log in, you can change your registered email address by clicking on "Edit my profile" and then "Change e-mail address".

I no longer have access to the old email address and can't remember my password, so when the password hint is sent, I won't be able to access the email.

Multiple profiles – how do I merge?

You can merge in acquired credits from other accounts. To do this, you will need the usernames and password for each of the accounts. Log in using the account that you want to use going forward. Click on "Edit my profile" then "Merge accounts". You will then be asked for the username and password for the account that you want to merge in. Once you hit the Submit button, we will then approve the merge request. You should expect to see the account merged in within 48 hours.

I got called away during a module and can't log back in.

The video stops midway through and then I get logged out.

I get booted out during the test portion of a module

You will not be logged out by CFITrainer.Net during a test. If your web browser crashes, you will need to log back in and re-start the test.

The videos stops frequently during playback.
