Please upload a PDF or JPG file showing proof that you are an Instructor. Examples of proof include, but are not limited to, a letter from the Instructor’s employer explaining their teaching role, documentation showing classes being offered that are taught by that Instructor, or a letter from an organization that offered the training the Instructor taught verifying that Instructor taught that class.

Once you upload the file, you will be returned to your User Profile page. Click UPDATE at the bottom of the page to save your proof. If you do not click UPDATE, your proof will not be saved. After a CFITrainer.Net administrator reviews your proof, you will be contacted by email with the approval decision.
