The International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) offers International membership to belong to the Association. IAAI International Membership levels include Active, Associate, Retired, Student, and Life. The IAAI also has over 75 local chapters around the world. Each local chapter offers a Chapter Membership, which is different than the International Membership in the Association. IAAI International Membership and membership in a local IAAI Chapter are separate entities. MemberSuite Credentials

The International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) manages International memberships online using the FireArson.com portal in MemberSuite. Your MemberSuite credentials for the IAAI are the username and password you use to log into FireArson.com. To link your CFITrainer.Net account to your FireArson.com account in MemberSuite, enter your FireArson.com MemberSuite username and password under the IAAI Membership section of the CFITrainer.Net User Profile page. If your FireArson.com MemberSuite account is not found when you enter your FireArson.com MemberSuite username and password in the IAAI Membership section of the CFITrainer.Net User Profile page, that means the system has not found an active IAAI International Membership for the username and password you entered. You must be using the same email address username for CFTrainer.Net and FireArson.com for the connection to be made. You must have an active IAAI International Membership to connect to CFITrainer.Net; Chapter memberships cannot be connected.

If you believe you have an active IAAI International Membership but do not have MemberSuite credentials, please contact the IAAI (choose “Membership” on this page) or sign up for a MemberSuite account.

If you believe you have an active IAAI International Membership but receive an error message when you try to connect it to CFITrainer.Net, please:

1. Log into the FireArson.com portal in MemberSuite.
2. Click your name in the upper right.
3. Choose My Profile from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Membership in the middle of the page to see your currently active International membership, if any.
5. If you have an active IAAI International Membership, go to your CFITrainer.Net profile page and follow the instructions in the IAAI Membership section to connect your accounts.

If you have an active membership (not expired) but are still not able to connect your CFITrainer.Net account using by submitting your MemberSuite credentials on the User Profile page IAAI Membership section, please file a support ticket.
