A1: If you are sure that you are entering the right password please also be aware that passwords are case sensitive (e-mail addresses are not).

Q2: My husband would also like to register but we use the same email address. What should we do?
A2: In order to use CFITrainer.net as a distinct user, you must have a unique e-mail address. There are several websites you can go to and obtain a free email address.

Q3: I am attempting to watch the Fire Dynamics and Modeling module. However, I can only get one of the Windows Media Player selections to work on my PC. The others state connecting, but never do anything. Am I doing something wrong? I am using Windows Media Player V7.
A3: The videos for this module are encoded using Window Media 9 (with the exception of the last two videos in Introduction to Fire Dynamics and Modeling, which are encoded in Windows Media 7). You can download the latest copy of Windows Media Player directly from the Microsoft site.
